Fasting blood sugar measures blood glucose after you have not eaten for at least 12 hours.

Carotid Artery - Stroke is the third leading killer in the U.S.A., and second among women. Each year, 700,000 Americans have a stroke, with one-third to one-half caused by carotid artery blockage. To conduct the test, a gel is applied to your neck. A probe pressed on your neck evaluates the carotid arteries for the build up of plaque in the artery which may cause a blockage or stroke.
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm - Abdominal aortic aneurysms occur in one of 20 older men, remain asymptomatic for years, and, if left untreated, cause death from rupture in about one-third of patients who have this aneurysm. To conduct the test, a gel is applied to your abdomen. A probe pressed on your abdomen evaluates the aorta for an aneurysm which may lead to a ruptured aorta.
Peripheral Arterial Disease - About 12 million Americans suffer from PAD, often referred to as hardening of the arteries. Blockages of the blood vessels in the legs can be caused by the buildup of fatty plaque and is a strong predictor of heart disease. Peripheral Arterial Disease may show up in leg arteries before there are any signs or symptoms. Many people experience pain or cramping while walking that is relieved by rest, but are unaware that it is due to Peripheral Arterial Disease. To conduct the tests, blood pressure cuffs are placed on both arms and both ankles. Using a doppler probe very accurate blood pressures are taken on both arms and blood pressures are taken of two arteries within each ankle which provide information to determine the presence of PAD.
Cardiac Screening (Calcium scoring)
Calcium scoring (with written report)
Heart scans measure the amount of calcium in the wall of an artery and yield a calcium score. A high score correlates with a higher risk of future cardiac events. Anyone who has a family history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol or weight issues should consider having their calcium scored. This test is recommended as a risk assessment technique for those between the ages of 35 - 75.
Apnea Link is a simple, at home test, you can use to screen yourself for a sleep disorder. Sleep apnea and other forms of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) are serious conditions that require medical treatment, usually for life. Untreated SDB can increase your risk of developing heart disease, including high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and stroke.
