MAKING EXERCISE WORK FOR YOU: Your personal trainer will design a specific and individualized program just for you. The program will focus on your needs, goals and interests. During your personal workouts, your personal trainer will provide positive motiviation and feedback. As you progress with your personal trainer, your exercise pogram will be continuously modified and updated. Along the way, you will learn safe and effective exercising techniques

Group Column Training

The New Alternative to Personal Training

 

The HFMWC Trainers have designed a new and exciting workout program using the FreeMotion ™ training columns in a small group setting. The Trainer will lead you and up to four others through a challenging total body workout. You will learn new and exciting exercises using the FreeMotion™ training column. Improve your balance, stability and core strength. You get the benefit of a one hour personal training session in a cost-effective way.

Get a full body workout without running from machine to machine. Increase your lean muscle and decrease body fat with a circuit style workout. No more waiting for a machine.

  • 1x/week for 4 weeks = $60/person
  • 2x/week for 4 weeks = $120/person
  • 3x/week for 4 weeks = $180/person

*Minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 people.

Payment for Group Training sessions must be received prior to the start of the first session. The client and Trainer must signoff for each session prior to the beginning of that session. Cancellation of a session must be made 24 hours in advance. If this notice is not given, the client will be charged for the session. If a client does cancel in advance for a session, they may coordinate with the Trainer to join another group for the number of sessions they have missed.
