Dr. Rodney Halvorsen, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, specializes in womens’ healthcare issues, and the diagnosis and treatment of female related diseases. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, he earned his bachelor of science degree at the University of California - San Diego. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and completed his residency and internship program there. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society for those graduating in the top 10 percent of medical schools nationally. He also received honors for teaching and research. Dr. Halvorsen enjoys coaching basketball and playing golf, and lives in Manitowoc with his wife and two children.

Dr. Kiyak received his medical degree from the University of Turin, Italy. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Kiyak is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Kiyak, his wife and their children live in Manitowoc. He enjoys swimming, biking and running. Dr. Kiyak is fluent in Italian and enjoys preparing Italian cuisine.

Dr. Jennifer Paltzer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A native of Michigan, she graduated cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry, and received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Keesler Medical Center at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. Dr. Paltzer is married and has two sons, and enjoys skiing and home improvement projects.

Susan Koehler, A.P.N.P., nurse practitioner, is a native of Monterey, CA. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin and a masters of science degree in nursing from UW-Oshkosh. Certified in family medicine, she is licensed as an advanced practice nurse prescriber. Away from the office, she enjoys gardening, home decorating, and the breeding and showing of Pug dogs.
