Work Health Options is your liaison for work-related and non work-related medical claims. Case Management representatives interact with you, your injured worker and physicians to speed your employee’s return to work, decrease lost time from accidents, decrease medical expenses and worker’s compensation costs, and quickly solve the claim in the best interest of your business and your employee.
On-site Occupational Nurse Services make it possible to administer first aid to injured or ill employees, assess and evaluate work-related claims as well as manage injuries and illnesses. The goal of the program is to facilitate continuity of care in the rehabilitation process, whether it’s early intervention or follow-up care. Providing frequent communication of critical information ensures a safe, cost effective return to work.
HFM business health coordinates return-to-work evaluations for injured workers before they return to their jobs, regardless of whether the injury occurred on or off the job. These evaluations include close collaboration with our nationally recognized orthopedic surgeons and review of recommended treatment. Case management can work together with the employee for the best treatment options to return to work safely and reduce the number of work-related re-injuries that occur following an employee’s absence.
