Following treatment, cancer survivors cope with their new life in different ways, unsure of what to do or anticipate next. The HFM Cancer Center has created an educational series for survivors, their family and friends to help begin their new journey to living a healthy, fulfilling life after a cancer diagnosis and completion of their treatment.
The five-week, one-hour series will help address concerns and provide helpful and beneficial information pertaining to, but not limited to:
- Post-treatment issues, such as follow-up medical care, side effects from treatments, sexuality and more
- Physical, emotional, social and workplace changes or issues
- Financial guidance, insurance concerns and support organizations
- HFM’s STAR Program and wellness
To register call the HFM Cancer Center at 920-320-2749. FREE! Open to the public.
