Dr. Dopirak Serves as Instructor at AAOS Annual Meeting
Ryan Dopirak, MD was invited to serve as an instructor at the 2012 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting in San Francisco which was held February 7-11.
On Tuesday, February 11th, Dr. Dopirak was once again the lead speaker at the practice management seminar for orthopaedic residents, where he gave talks on contract negotiations, marketing, and business development. This is the 6th consecutive year Dr. Dopirak has served on the faculty for this seminar.
He also served as surgical instructor for a course entitled "Rotator Cuff Surgical Skills". This course was co-sponsored by the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and focused on state-of-the-art techniques in arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. During the course, Dr. Dopirak worked with surgeons from various locations throughout the United States and other countries, instructing them on cutting edge techniques in arthroscopic shoulder surgery. This is the 4rd consecutive year he has been invited to serve on the faculty for this course.
