HFM Living Lighter Program
Holy Family Memorial is now offering “HFM Living Lighter,” a new weight loss program for individuals enrolled in Medicare. The program is available for those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or greater and is available at no cost to those who qualify.
This physician-supervised weight management program helps participants lose weight, be active and achieve a healthy lifestyle. It includes one-on-one provider visits to set goals and monitor progress; food and activity diaries; easy, healthy recipes; simple exercises; nutrition coaching; and more.
