Regain bladder control through HFM’s Total Control class
Women can regain bladder control through Holy Family Memorial’s unique program called Total Control. The education and exercise-based program helps women improve bladder and pelvic health.
Two classes are starting soon. The first session will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 11 – October 18, from 6 – 7:15 p.m. Another session will run on Mondays and Wednesdays, October 29 – December 5, from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.
Total Control is a life-changing pelvic fitness and wellness program that helps women improve bladder control, as well as:
- Sleep through the night without rushing to the bathroom
- Relieve menopausal symptoms
- Improve pelvic muscle weakness & bladder control
- Tone your tummy & improve back strength
- Decrease activity-induced incontinence
- Improve quality of life
A medically-based fitness program, Total Control offers a no-impact routine presented by Certified Total Control instructors. It includes 15 minutes of classroom education/tips followed by 60 minutes of exercise to improve bladder and pelvic health. This total body program emphasizes fitness from the inside out.
