HFM President and CEO presents at international innovation conference
HFM President and CEO Mark Herzog was a keynote presenter at the Open Innovation Leadership Forum – Building the Innovation System of the 21st Century, an international conference held February 22 that chronicles the steady growth of co-development and open innovation efforts.
Herzog’s presentation, “Acceleration of Innovation in Healthcare,” outlined the innovation processes and efforts that Holy Family Memorial has taken to meet healthcare reform challenges they are facing today and what could be down the road tomorrow.
“Through careful design, planning and intentional cultural shaping, HFM has been able to leverage Open Innovation opportunities to enhance organizational adaptability, grow bottom line dollars and become nationally recognized as a thought leader in the healthcare industry,” states Herzog. “Through sharing of the Reform Roadmap and examples of success, attendees were able to learn how open innovation can be applied in healthcare,” he continued.
