Patients Say HFM Exceeds Their Expectations
Recognized for consistent high standards of patient care, Holy Family Memorial was presented with the Exceeding Patient Expectations award from Avatar Solutions, a leading healthcare patient satisfaction survey company that assesses quality of care being delivered by hospitals.
The Exceeding Patient Expectations is a national award given to hospitals whose overall service exceeded the expectations of their patients. Avatar Solutions measures satisfaction rates by asking patients to rate their experience in three categories – quality of care, reliability, and meeting personal needs.
