HFM Offers Sports Performance Programs
Holy Family Memorial is offering new performance enhancement programs this summer for area youth and high school athletes to improve overall athletic performance.
Led by HFM’s licensed athletic trainers and certified strength and conditioning specialists, the camps will enable students to improve their speed, strength, agility and conditioning levels while decreasing the risk of injury. Students will receive a personalized plan that has been strategically designed for each specific group of athletes.
The following camps are for students entering grades 5-12 and of all skill levels and sports:

• HFM Sportsmetrics
Sportsmetrics is a research based and clinically proven injury prevention program for all athletes. The program incorporates plyometric training, strength training, speed and agility, and flexibility with the goal of decreasing risk of lower extremity injury all while improving performance.
Summer Sports Performance Programs are held two days per week for six weeks from June 8 – July 16. The Female Athlete program is $90 per student, while all other summer sports performance programs are $60 per student. Students participating in both the Youth Speed and Agility and Youth Strength Training camps will receive a discounted rate of $90 for both sessions. Sessions will be held at HFM Wellness Center, Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Manitowoc Lutheran High School, Roncalli High School and Valders High School.
HFM Sportsmetrics program is also a 6-week program which meets three times per week for 90 minutes each day. The cost of this program is $180, which is only $9 a session, and participants receive a free t-shirt. There are several sessions available to choose from.
