HFM Hospice Seeking Volunteers
Are you interested in giving your time to a very worthwhile and compassionate cause? Have you ever been personally impacted by the warmth of hospice care at a difficult time in a loved one’s life? Make a difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families by volunteering for Holy Family Memorial Hospice.
Provide compassionate hospice care for those with a life-limiting or terminal illness by sharing conversation, reading, playing cards, or providing caregiver relief. Volunteers are an integral part of the hospice team and come from all walks of life, regardless of religion or whether you’re a student, professional, senior, or retiree.
You must be at least 18 years old to be a hospice volunteer. You can volunteer a few hours a week or month and opportunities are available during the day, evenings, or weekends. Your availability, strengths, and interest will be matched to the needs of patients and their caregivers.
Offer your time, talents, and endless energy as a HFM hospice volunteer. Comprehensive training and support is provided. To learn more about being a hospice volunteer, visit hfmhealth.org/volunteer or call (920) 320-4232.
