HFM President and CEO Mark Herzog Awarded with ACHE Service Award
Holy Family Memorial President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Herzog, FACHE, was awarded with the Service Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) as part of their ACHE Recognition Program. Herzog was presented with the award during the Wisconsin Chapter ACHE 2016 Conference on September 27 at Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
The ACHE Recognition Program celebrates affiliates’ commitment to the healthcare management profession. Recognition is bestowed at three levels based on a range of specific volunteer activities that demonstrate leadership and contributions to furthering professional excellence. All active ACHE affiliates are eligible to be recognized.
Herzog has served as HFM President and CEO since 2001. Prior to joining HFM, Herzog served as Chief Operating Officer for 10 years at two hospitals in northwest Indiana. His 30 years of experience also includes leadership roles in health systems in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Herzog earned his master of health services administration program degree from the University of Michigan and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
