Holy Family Memorial announced plans today to build a new outpatient healthcare facility in Two Rivers, Wisconsin replacing three existing facilities. The 15,000 square foot campus will be located near the intersection of Memorial Drive and Roosevelt Avenue and provide primary and specialty care services, diagnostic testing, rehabilitation therapy and wellness for our community. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new healthcare facility is scheduled for Wednesday, July 20 at 1 p.m. in the 800 block of Roosevelt Ave. The general public is welcome to attend the event.

The HFM Lakefront Campus will include multiple easy-to-access patient exam rooms and its design utilizes Lean concepts, modern design elements and technology to make patients’ experience exceptionally comfortable and convenient. The new facility will offer a broad array of services including primary care, walk-in care, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, occupational health, outpatient rehabilitation and therapy services, fitness options, community education and meeting space. Situated to fully experience the charm and warmth of Lake Michigan, the HFM Lakefront Campus will provide ample and easily accessible parking, natural lighting, soothing décor and new exam room features.

According to HFM Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Jane Curran-Meuli, “The HFM Lakefront Campus is the result of HFM’s purposeful emphasis on consolidating health care campuses to create excellent customer experiences and at the same time deliver value to the community by lowering costs.”
The campus will consolidate all primary care and wellness services and providers at the Woodland Campus, HFM Two Rivers Health Center and TR Rehab Plus.
Curran-Meuli also added, “We’re very excited about the HFM Lakefront Campus and have enjoyed working with the outstanding leadership in the City of Two Rivers to make this all happen.”
