About EasyCare
EasyCare is a multi-clinic model of Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, the largest health care provider in Manitowoc County.
EasyCare was launched in collaboration with the Health Care Coalition (HCC). By creating a health care delivery model that responds to consumer/employer demand, EasyCare makes access to high-quality medical treatment easier for employees and their family members.
EasyCare has generated over 3,000 patient visits, with a greater than 95% customer satisfaction rating. All practitioners at EasyCare specialize in family health care and can diagnose, treat and write prescriptions when indicated for common family illnesses such as strep throat and ear, eye, sinus and bronchial infections. Minor wounds, abrasions and skin conditions are treated, and common screenings for rapid strep, mono, are available at all locations.
No appointments are required at EasyCare. All employees or family members need to do is present their EasyCare card at the time of visit.
