Before moving to Manitowoc in 2008, she averaged 50-60 miles a week. In the past few years movement became incompatible with her physicality and limited running. As a result, her HFM Marathon preparation began from virtual scratch. The balance of her training will be reliant on certifications & trainings in teaching fitness. Currently she teaches Family Yoga class and substitutes in other areas of fitness: Pilates, Tabata, Boot Camp….as well as Personal Training and running coach.
