Before moving to Manitowoc in 2008, he averaged 50-60 miles a week. In the past few years movement became incompatible with his physicality and limited running. As a result, his HFM Marathon preparation began from virtual scratch. The balance of his training will be reliant on certifications & trainings in teaching fitness. Currently he teaches Family Yoga class and substitutes in other areas of fitness: Pilates, Tabata, Boot Camp….as well as Personal Training and running coach.
