How is your driving?

Ask yourself the following questions:
  1. Have you recently had an accident or near miss?
  2. Does your family seem concerned about your driving?
  3. Are others afraid to ride with you, or do they always offer to drive?
  4. Have you been having trouble getting in or out of your car?
  5. Have you ever had a stroke or debilitating illness/condition (such as gout, arthritis, Parkinson's, etc?)
  6. Has your vision changed recently?
  7. Do you limit yourself to daytime driving only?
  8. Do you look through your steering wheel to drive?
  9. Is is difficult to reach the brake or gas pedals?
  10. Do you have any questions regarding your driving that we could help you with?

If you have answered "yes" to one or more of these questions, we may be able to help you. Please contact your doctor for a Drive Safely Assessment referral.
