The HFM Wellness Center how offers Pilates specifically for cancer survivors. Pilates for Cancer is a workout that tightens the core, keeps the lymphatic system flowing and is led by a Cancer Exercise Specialist mindful of the needs specific to cancer survivors. This workout will leave you feeling strengthened, stretched and refreshed!
Next 6 week session:
