Thank you to all the 2012 sponsors, donors and volunteers for making this the brightest Love Light in history. Through your generosity more than $22,000 was raised. Funds will be used to purchase a patient simulator which will provide a realistic training and medical education tool for nurses and other healthcare professionals. As well, 10 percent of funds will be directed to the Providence Fund which provides a one-time emergency resource for medications, medical related transportation and medical equipment.

Love Light started at Memorial Hospital in 1986 as a tribute to Manitowoc's veterans, and for every year since, hundreds of people have given gifts to honor or remember veterans, friends and family with a symbolic light on our Christmas tree.
