If a trip abroad is in your future whether for business or pleasure, you know there are a lot of details to attend to before you leave. Don’t forget about planning to stay healthy and safe when you travel as part of your preparations!

Holy Family Memorial’s Travel Health Program can help. HFM’s travel health professionals offer personalized travel counseling and will discuss your unique needs for a safe and healthy trip. Meeting one-on-one, they will develop a personalized plan based on your itinerary, including:

Documentation 
An International Certificate of Vaccination will detail the type of vaccination(s) you have received. We’ll also help with any other documentation necessary for your destination.

 

HFM’s travel health professionals recommend you try to schedule your personal travel medicine appointment at least six weeks before you travel, to allow enough time for appropriate immunizations.
