What area do you service?
We service all of Manitowoc County.

How will our relationship work?
Communication is important for any relationship including ours. Our agency and staff understand and are committed to earning your trust during every visit. We offer flexible, customized cleaning service plans designed with your needs in mind. There is an initial set up visit to get you started. You determine the day and time which works best for you. Establishing this open communication and being flexible ensures your satisfaction as a short-term or long-term customer.

Who does HFM Private Duty hire to clean my home?
Our cleaning staff are trained and insured before stepping into your home. Our homemakers respect customers by never eating, drinking, smoking or using appliances during home cleanings. Each HFM Private Duty employee takes pride in their work, receiving regularly updated training and supervision to ensure quality cleaning services.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?
Our customers determine if they want to be present during services. If not, we make arrangements with you on how our staff gains access to your home.

What time does HFM Private Duty Service Homemaker arrive?
Although we can’t guarantee our staff will be there exactly at the scheduled time, we do try to be there within 15 minutes of the scheduled visit time. There are times when our staff may be delayed because of travel. We are committed to ensuring each home gets the attention it deserves.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Homemakers are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

What if my homemaker missed a spot on their visit?
Our homemakers offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like all new relationships however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee. If you notify our office within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.
