Clinical Trials at Holy Family Memorial

At HFM, we’re committed to providing the right care. Sometimes our methods are tried and true. Other times, like with clinical trials, we leverage the power of innovation in modern medicine to provide our patients with the latest treatment options available—right here in our community. Volunteer-based clinical trials help us research and evaluate new treatments to see if they improve upon current standards of care.

Carefully conducted clinical trials are the quickest and safest way to find better treatments, provide hope and improve our patients’ lives. We’re proud to offer clinical trial options for cancer care and cardiology. If you’re dealing with cancer or a cardiac issue, we encourage you to explore the range of clinical trials available at Holy Family Memorial.

Clinical Trials—Cardiology

The Heart and Vascular Center provides award-winning, comprehensive cardiac care—expertly treating everything from chest pain, congestive heart failure and heart attacks, to arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, hypertension and myocardial infarction. We’re also proud to offer a variety of heart-related clinical trials, including:

  • Type 2 diabetes treatment trial with patients who have coronary artery disease (CAD) or are at high risk
  • Post-acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) treatment trial
  • Type 2 diabetes and congestive heart failure post-hospital admission treatment trial
  • Congestive heart failure treatment trial
  • Post myocardial infarction (heart attack) registry

Learn more about your options.

Enrolling in a clinical trial is completely voluntary. If you choose not to, rest assured, you’ll still receive the highest quality care available. But if you’re open to taking part in new options and finding the best possible treatments and therapies for cancer or heart issues—and potentially improving current outcomes—know that you have options right here at HFM.
