Q: What is Mad Hops?
A: Mad Hops is a scientifically based training program that focuses on teaching proper jumping, landing, squatting, and running techniques. The program has a dual purpose to prevent knee injuries and increase athletic performance. The program starts off with assessment of strength, running form, landing and squatting mechanics. These will also be assessed at the conclusion of the 6 weeks. This program is not meant for conditioning purposes during the off-season; it is designed to improve overall athletic body mechanics and reduce the risk of injury.

A: Mad Hops is a 6 week training program that meets twice per week. The program starts the week of June 11th and runs through the summer ending on July 26th. There are sessions offered at a few different locations. Please choose the location that works best for you.
Q: Who can sign up to participate?
