Support Groups

The following support groups are offered on a regularly scheduled basis, but dates do vary. Please call the phone numbers associated with each group for specific dates and more information.

Cancer Support Group

Designed for all cancer patients, their families and friends, this group meets quarterly with a different topic discussed at each meeting. Please call (920) 320-2749 for more information. 

Chronic Pain Therapy Group

Chronic pain interferes with daily life and can diminish self-confidence. This group is facilitated by Marianne Webers, MSW. If interested, you will need to meet with the facilitator to be assessed for group appropriateness. For more information, please call the HFM Behavioral Health Center at (920) 320-8600.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

This education and support group offers support for mental health patients and their families. It meets the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and hosts a social gathering on the first Friday of the month from 1 – 3 p.m. Both events are held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (411 Reed Ave.). Mom’s Club

This group for new moms offers support, education and a chance to network. It meets at the HFM Medical Center (2300 Western Ave.). For more information, please call (920) 320-6759 or visit our Childbirth page.

Suicide Prevention Lifeline
