Then take Total Control with our medically-based fitness program!  Learn a no-impact routine from Certified Total Control instructors.  15 minutes of classroom education/tips followed by 60 minutes of exercise to improve bladder and pelvic health.  This total body program emphasizes fitness from the inside out.
