Physician Assistant Derek Harmelink has joined HFM Transcend at its new occupational health clinic in Sheboygan. Harmelink will work with local employers providing occupational health and drug screen services to manage employee wellness and workplace injuries.
Harmelink is located at the Transcend Occupational Health clinic located in the Taylor Professional Building at 1414 N. Taylor Drive, Suite 200 in Sheboygan. Along with being a certified physician assistant with expertise in occupational health, Derek is a proud Sheboygan native, dedicated and driven to provide the best care possible to his community.
“I am excited to be working and raising a family where I grew up. It will be a joy to serve patients in a city that is a big part of who I am,” says Harmelink.
Harmelink will work with employers to provide occupational health services that include the following:

- Case management and consulting

- DOT compliance training
