Holy Family Memorial welcomes new providers.

Holy Family Memorial is pleased to announce the addition of Amy Kvidera, MD, and Beverly Calub, MD to its growing team of medical providers.

Dr. Amy Kvidera joins HFM Family Medicine at HFM Harbor Town Campus. She has 18 years of family medicine experience. Dr. Kvidera will be working with a team of primary care providers to care for patients with acute medical conditions, and management and treatment of chronic conditions.

“My goals are to develop long-term relationships with my patients to help them improve and maintain their health, and to treat them with dignity and respect,” said Dr. Kvidera.

Dr. Kvidera completed her medical degree at the University of Iowa College Of Medicine in Iowa City, and her residency at Northeast Iowa Family Medicine Residency. Her clinical interests include integrative medicine, dermatology, food allergies, intolerances and nutrition, and hormone balance and women’s health.

Dr. Beverly Calub joins the growing team of hospitalists at the HFM Medical Center. She will work with the hospitalist team to provide care for patients who are admitted to the hospital.

Dr. Calub is board certified in internal medicine and has over 20 years of medical experience. She received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Calub completed her medical residency in internal medicine at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois; and internal medicine internship at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.
