HFM Lakefront Campus in Two Rivers opens.

Holy Family Memorial celebrated the opening of the new HFM Lakefront Campus, located at 800 Lakefront Way in Two Rivers, with a ribbon cutting and open house celebration on October 14. Community members had an opportunity to tour the new campus and meet staff.

“We are excited to open this state-of-the-art campus in Two Rivers,” said HFM Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Jane Curran-Meuli. “Our patients are looking for quality health care, and by combining multiple health care services under one roof we are able to make it easier for residents living in northern Manitowoc County to access affordable care.”

The 15,000 square-foot facility consolidates three of HFM’s clinics— HFM Internal Medicine, HFM Rehab Plus in Two Rivers and HFM Two Rivers Health Center—into one location. The HFM Lakefront Campus will provide primary care, behavioral health, lab and imaging, rehabilitation therapy, wellness and pastoral care services.

Primary care providers located at the new facility include Pradeep Giriyappa, MD, Annette Kaminsky, APNP, Colleen Marx, APNP, and Jessica Meyer, PA-C. Family medicine specialist Tricia Lorenz, DO will be joining the team of providers in November. Primary care staff will continue to offer the same services at the new location with new expanded hours—Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Behavioral health providers at the HFM Lakefront Campus are Cameron Goetz, PhD and Glenda McConnell, APNP; and rehabilitation services staff include Ami DePew, MPT and Susan DeZeeuw, OTR.

Curran-Meuli says patient experience was top of mind when it came to the innovative construction design of the campus. The building’s interior focused on patient-centered design elements and warm healing touches that promotes well-being and health.
