Holy Family Memorial to hold 31st Annual Love Light Tree Celebration and Christmas Light Show

Join Holy Family Memorial for its 31st annual HFM Love Light Tree Celebration on Thursday, December 7, at 6 p.m. to honor and remember loved ones during this holiday season. The event will be held at the HFM Harbor Town Campus located at 1650 S. 41st Street in Manitowoc. This free event is open to the public and will include holiday treats, a visit from Santa Claus and live music.

This annual tradition started on December 7, 1986, when the Memorial Hospital Women’s Auxiliary lit the first Love Light Tree to honor our nation’s veterans. Through the years, the celebration evolved to honor loved ones who are living and have passed. HFM is proud to commemorate the 76th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor by continuing the 31 year tradition of hosting the HFM Love Light Tree Celebration on National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

A live broadcast of the Love Light Tree Celebration and Christmas Light Show will also be aired on WCUB 980 AM. The Love Light Tree holiday light show will be on display at HFM Harbor Town Campus throughout the month of December. Visitors can tune into 99.3 FM and enjoy the 20,000 stunning light show choreographed to popular holiday music.

Please consider remembering or honoring a loved one this holiday season. You can purchase a love light at HFM Love Light or call (920) 320-2394 for more information. All proceeds from the Love Light Tree Celebration will benefit the HFM Hospice Department, veterans’ health, community health initiatives and the HFM Providence Fund.
