Holy Family Memorial recognizes human resources specialist Clare Jeffery and volunteers George and Barb Levande as winners of the first quarter for the HFM Inspired Caring Award.
Clare has been employed at HFM for 40 years, and in 2017 made the decision to retire. She stayed on as a casual employee to help with the transition of her role to new staff. Clare’s nominator wrote, “Clare has such a wealth of knowledge to share with staff and has certainly gone above and beyond to help with the transition of her job responsibilities.”
Husband and wife volunteers George and Barb both volunteer at HFM Medical Center. “Barb does an excellent job managing the front desk. She greets everyone entering the hospital and helps get them to their proper location,” their nominator wrote. “George is an escort and does a great job of getting visitors and patients to their appointments in a timely fashion.”
The Inspired Caring Award is presented every quarter to an employee and volunteer who exemplify HFM’s core values of stewardship, excellence, respect, innovative care, and compassion.
