HFM Lakeshore Orthopaedics is proud to offer Manitowoc County’s only Orthopaedic Walk-in Care starting November 1. With Orthopaedic Walk-in Care, patients will be seen by one of the trained clinicians specialized in treating orthopaedic conditions and injuries.
When people need urgent, orthopaedic care, they want to get in quickly, find the care they need and get on with their day,” said David Mikolyzk, MD, and orthopaedic surgeon at HFM Lakeshore Orthopaedics. “Orthopaedic Walk-in Care is more cost-effective than a trip to the emergency room and more specialized than a normal walk-in clinic.”
Orthopaedic Walk-in Care is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at HFM Harbor Town Campus, 1650 S. 41st Street, Manitowoc. Treatment is provided for patients who suffered a recent orthopaedic injury including:
- Sprains and strains
- Broken bones
- Sports injuries
- Joint or tender pain
- Workers’ Compensation injuries
No referral or appointment is required for Orthopaedic Walk-in Care. Patients can avoid the waiting room by reserving their walk-in time online at Walk-In Clinic
