HFM welcomes new ENT providers and opens second location in Sheboygan.

Holy Family Memorial is excited to announce the return of Otolaryngologist Dr. Edward Smith, DO, FACS, FAOCO, to HFM Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), and the addition of Physician Assistant Scott Bradshaw. The practice expansion also includes the addition of a Sheboygan office at 1414 North Taylor Drive to meet the needs of Sheboygan County residents suffering from a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head and neck. This is in addition to the practice’s Manitowoc location.

Scott Bradshaw, PA-C, will be seeing adult and pediatric ENT patients in Sheboygan and Manitowoc. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in otolaryngology and primary care. Scott has experience in performing a wide variety of surgical and endoscopic procedures including nasal endoscopy and laryngoscopy. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Scott recently moved to the area from Georgia and is excited to be practicing in the Midwest. Additionally, he has served in the United States Army and plans to serve as a local member of the United States Army Reserves in Milwaukee.

Scott will be working closely alongside Dr. Edward Smith, who is seeing patients at the HFM ENT clinic in Manitowoc. Dr. Smith is highly skilled in the surgical and medical treatment of head and neck conditions. He provides comprehensive head and neck care, including pediatric and adult allergy diagnosis and treatment, thyroid and parathyroid disease, voice and swallowing disorders, head and neck cancer, sleep apnea and snoring, ear disorders and hearing loss.

“Holy Family Memorial is pleased to be able to provide the most comprehensive ENT care locally in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties,” says Dr. Smith. “I’m excited to extend our advanced ENT care further into Sheboygan County so patients have two convenient locations for care.”

Dr. Smith and Scott are accepting appointments for new patients needing treatment for the ears, nose and throat, including allergy and sinus issues, tonsillitis, deviated septum and voice disorders. To schedule an ENT appointment with either provider, call (920) 320-4780 or learn more at hfmhealth.org/ent.
