COVID-19 vaccination available to everyone age 16 and over.

Manitowoc, Wis., (April 5, 2021) –COVID-19 vaccinations are now available to everyone age 16 and over. Holy Family Memorial has appointments available at vaccine clinics held on April 13, 15 and 17 at the HFM Medical Center. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available for the public’s convenience.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, fully vaccinated people:

• Can safely gather indoors without masks with other fully vaccinated people.

• Visit indoors without masks with unvaccinated members of any age from one other household.

• If traveling in the United States, do not need to get tested before or after travel or self-quarantine after travel.

• Don’t need to quarantine if they are exposed to someone who is infected with COVID-19 virus unless they have symptoms.

Individuals ages 16 and 17 will only be able to get the Pfizer vaccine—the only one approved for people that age.

There is no cost to receive the vaccine and individuals do not need to be an HFM patient to make a vaccine appointment. COVID-19 vaccine appointments for the first dose vaccination at HFM can be made online at hfmhealth.org. People who do not have internet access may schedule by calling 920-320-4829.
