Holy Family Memorial (HFM) Diabetes Center is offering a diabetes support group for individuals who have pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes on Tuesday, June 1.
The group meets the first Tuesday in June, August, October, and December month, from11-11:45 a.m., at the Manitowoc Senior Center, 3330 Custer Street, Manitowoc.
Individuals will have an opportunity to meet with Registered Dietitian Cher Zeddies and RN Diabetes Educator Amy Kanugh to learn more about their condition and get support from others.
