HFM moves COVID-19 vaccine site.

Manitowoc, Wis., (July 7, 2021) – Beginning Monday, July 12, 2021 Holy Family Memorial (HFM) will move its COVID-19 vaccine clinics from the hospital to its ambulatory clinics.

With the change, patients age 12 and up can receive a COVID vaccine as part of an already scheduled visit at HFM’s Harbor Town, Lakefront, Western Avenue or Michigan Avenue campuses. HFM patients who do not have a scheduled provider visit and individuals who are not patients of HFM can also schedule a COVID-19 vaccine by calling HFM’s COVID Hotline: 920-320-3333. A variety of times are offered.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. An administration fee is billed to insurance; however, any cost not covered by insurance will not be billed to the patient. In addition, there is no cost to individuals without insurance.

Vaccination for COVID-19 remains the best way to fight this potentially serious illness.
