HFM offers grief support on October 19

Manitowoc, Wis., (October 12, 2021) – Mourning the loss of a loved one is never easy. Share and receive the support of other individuals facing the challenges associated with the grieving process by attending Stepping Stones: Your Grief, Your Journey on October 19 at 5:30 p.m., at HFM Harbor Town Campus, 1650 S. 41st Street, Manitowoc.

Stepping Stones is a monthly facilitated grief group open to adults who have suffered the loss of a spouse, child, family member or friend. The topic for the October session will focus on attitude of gratitude. Studies have shown that those who can identify something to be grateful for, even in times of difficulty, do better in other key indicators of overall wellness.
