HFM Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Scheduled for January

Manitowoc, Wis., December 28, 2021 –Holy Family Memorial (HFM) is hosting a community COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Thursday, Jan. 6, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the HFM Medical Center, 2300 Western Avenue, Manitowoc. The clinic is open to the public and will offer first, second and booster doses.

COVID-19 can have serious, life-threatening complications, and there is no way to know how it will affect you. The COVID-19 vaccine is a safe and effective way to protect yourself, but also those around you, particularly individuals who have an increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19.

There is no cost to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster. Vaccinations are open to anyone regardless of insurance. Please bring a copy of your insurance card to your vaccine appointment. Your insurance provider will be billed for the vaccine administration fee. If your insurance does not cover the administration fee or if you pay privately, you will not receive a bill from HFM for this fee.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be administered and is are available for anyone 18 and older. Only the Pfizer vaccine is only available to everyone age 5 and over. Appointments are required for the HFM COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic; walk-ins are not accepted. To schedule a vaccine appointment, call 920-320-3333.
