New orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon joins HFM.

Gearin(Manitowoc, Wis., August 5, 2022) –Holy Family Memorial (HFM), a partner of the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health network, is pleased to announce the addition of Gearin Green, MD, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. He will see patients in the orthopaedics clinic at Harbor Town Health Center, 1650 S. 41st Street, Manitowoc.

Dr. Green is specialized in non-surgical and minimally invasive surgery techniques to treat a full spectrum of foot and ankle problems, as well as diabetic foot deformities, trauma, and chronic exertional compartment syndrome (an exercise-induced muscle and nerve condition that causes pain, swelling and even disability in the muscles of your arms or legs). He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his orthopaedic residency at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Green spent a yearlong fellowship dedicated to complex foot and ankle reconstruction at Penn State in Hershey, PA. He is also a reviewer for Foot and Ankle International, a prominent research journal.

In his spare time, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid runner and likes the outdoors, running, skiing and snowboarding.
