Manitowoc, Wis., (August 30, 2022) – Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center is offering a one-day membership special on Friday, Sept. 9, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Stop in to enroll for a new membership and pay $20 enrollment.
The Wellness Center is offering free access to the public on Sept. 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Facility tours, free 30-minute group exercise classes, chair massages, Pilates Reformer trial, NutriDyn samples and informational sessions for Why Weight and personal training programs will be offered at different times throughout the day.
As the only medically-based fitness center in Manitowoc County, the Wellness Center focuses attention on the unique needs of each member to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their health goals. Membership includes access to strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, warm water pool, dry sauna, a walking/running track, a variety of group exercise classes, massage therapy and personal training services.
