Wednesday, July 02, 2014 - Welcome New Chief Operating Officer

Jane Curran-Meuli was recently named Chief Operating Officer at Holy Family Memorial, Manitowoc. She brings to HFM many years of hospital and clinic operations experience as a nurse, service line leader and senior executive with the Affinity Medical Group, based in the Fox Valley of Wisconsin. Serving Affinity for more than 30 years, Jane is experienced in patient care, Catholic service and physician group operations.

Curran-Meuli was attracted to HFM because of its culture, integration of the hospital and clinic operations and the clear focus the Board, Sponsor and leadership have on high performance and transforming to meet the challenge that improving community/population health represents.

The first years of her career focused on women’s services in a Catholic community hospital and system (St. Elizabeth’s and Mercy), while the later years were in ambulatory/outpatient operations and physician practice management. She was an executive with Affinity Medical Group leading regional clinic operations and in 2012 became Chief Operating Officer of a medical group of nearly 270 providers across 26 clinics serving four hospitals.

Curran-Meuli holds two bachelor’s degrees; one in mathematics and statistics from Lawrence University and one in nursing from Rush University. She has a master’s in public administration with an emphasis in health care from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, one of the highest distinctions in the field.
