Description
Fit in the Park is a free exercise program that provides a variety of fitness opportunities within parks and natural areas around Manitowoc County. Community members are invited to participate in a family-friendly class that best suits their fitness goals and to discover the benefits of exercising outdoors.
Certified fitness instructors from the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center will teach each class.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in for class, bring water and wear sunscreen.
