Description
Froedtert Holy Family Memorial is partnering with the Two Rivers Senior Center to provide education programs on chronic disease prevention. Patients and community members are encouraged to attend the free, one-hour talks. Attendees will receive educational resources and giveaways. The sessions will be held in Koska Room at the Two Rivers Senior Center (1520 17th St., Two Rivers).
