No referral required
With no physician referral required, you choose when or how many lab tests you want—it’s that simple. The type and frequency are up to you, not your insurance plan coverage. And with our affordable pricing, direct access lab tests offer a lower out-of-pocket expense if you’re uninsured or have a high-deductible plan. Please note, direct access lab tests can’t be billed to insurance, so credit card payment is due at the time of the test.
Lightning-fast results
Your direct access laboratory test results are sent directly to you the next workday, along with an explanation of the tests ordered. If your results require immediate attention, we’ll get in touch with a phone call.
Because you ordered the testing, your primary care physician or clinician won’t be notified of the results, so you’ll need to share them if you have questions or need follow-up care. Your lab test results will also be entered in your MyChart account.
