I enjoy getting to know my patients, collaborating with them to set preventive care and disease management goals that meet their individual needs, developing plans to implement positive lifestyle changes, and assisting patients in taking steps toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves. I am a strong advocate for having patients maintain an active role in their health care decisions and feel it is important for my patients to know they have options when making decisions regarding their care. I believe my role as a primary care provider is to treat the individual patient, not just their symptoms and help them navigate through their health journey by support them in finding balance physically, mentally, and spiritually.

About
My healthcare career began as a CNA when I was still in high school. I completed my BSN at Concordia University and continued on to work as an RN at Froedtert in Milwaukee while completing my Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Marian University. I am grateful for the many experiences I have been able to gain by connecting with patients throughout my various roles in health care.
I am also a wife and dog mom who loves to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, hiking, running, traveling, camping, gardening, and skiing. Baking and cooking also occupy a good amount of my free time.
