I have lived in Kohler for the past twelve years. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my wife and three daughters. I am an avid Miami Dolphins fan. I have been collecting Dolphins memorabilia for the past 40 years.

My doctor answered my questions and gave me an explanation for the areas of my concerns. He gave further instructions on home cares until the next visit. He is very knowledgeable and I felt like I am in good medical care with this doctor.

Great Doctor and staff.
Everything was excellent during the appointment.
Dr. Horth, and the young tech that did the sonogram for my heart check up both went above what they needed to do when the tech spotted something on my lung that didn't belong there and noted it, and Dr. Horth had a follow up sonogram and CT scan done to further identify it. It turned out to be cancerous. The cancer was in an early stage and is very treatable.

My Dr. Listened carefully to all my specific healthcare questions. He gave me instructions on using a product that would help me. He complimented me on my efforts in following his instructions in self cares and proper lab results. He adequately took very good care of my needs and encouraged me to keep up the good work.
The clinic called me to include a 2nd blood draw in the first blood draw saving an appointment and providing more convenience. Above and beyond by the staff!
Every body is so great
I have seen several cardiologists and Dr Horth was by far the best physician that I have seen. He took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I was very pleased with my visit. I traveled over an hour to get to the appointment, but it was well worth the time spent in travel. Thank you so much for the great experience. Nursing staff was also great!! Will definitely recommend!
