Dr. Horth is very caring and takes time to answer all my questions.

I don't agree with Dr. Horth's final decision regarding my Blood Pressure Medication.

Dr Horth and his staff are excellent.

As always, the staff at the Sheboygan Froedtert Clinic, from receptionists to physicians, was friendly and caring. Very happy to work with all these good people.
