Massage services offered
Our individualized HFM Wellness Center massage services all include a consultation so our expert, licensed massage therapists can tailor their approach to your unique needs.
Enjoy a soothing, light pressure massage designed to bring you a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
This fully customizable massage promotes therapeutic relaxation, focusing on the release of chronic muscle tension while increasing flexibility and improving your range of motion. A variety of techniques and pressures are available to meet your specific needs.
If you’re expecting, allow our expert massage therapists to nurture you with soothing massage strokes to ease your fatigue and muscle tension, while utilizing body support cushions to provide the ultimate in comfort.
Cupping therapy uses a series of cups and suction against your skin. It is a form of deep-tissue massage that eases pain, inflammation, increases blood flow, and aids relaxation.
And while you’re at our HFM Wellness Center for your massage, enjoy the use of the relaxation area and amenities in our locker rooms, along with our showers, dry sauna and warm water and lap pools.
