Leading Teams to Create Strategic Growth and Enhance the Health Care Experience for Patients and Families
MANITOWOC, Wis. – Froedtert ThedaCare Health leaders in its North Region are announcing Brian Graf, PT, DPT, FACHE, as the Vice President of Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital (FHFMH). This position is effective immediately as Graf has been serving as the interim vice president since early 2025.
In this role, Graf will oversee the planning and strategic development, as well as operational oversight for FHFMH. This includes the development of new facilities, service lines, and business and community relationships.

Graf joined FHFMH in 2017 as the Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness. He later became Executive Director of Operations where he led strategy and tactics of all service line initiatives and associated ambulatory clinics spanning more than 18 departments.

Graf earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011. Prior to joining Froedtert ThedaCare Health, he served as a director of various clinics throughout the Midwest. He is actively involved with community organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Manitowoc and Bethany Lutheran Church.
