Visitor Policy

Visits and support are important for the wellbeing of our patients.

HFM is now allowing 1 visitor per patient in our hospital and clinic settings. However, for everyone’s health and safety, visitors are only allowed on a case-by-case basis in:

  • ICU/CCU
  • Isolation rooms

The visitor guidelines applies to the HFM Medical Center and all HFM outpatient clinic locations.

Thank you for your understanding.

All staff, patients and visitors are asked to wear an approved mask while in an HFM facility.

HFM has modified its mask guidelines to exclude neck gators, bandana-style masks, and masks with side valves. Those who come to the facility without an approved mask will be provided one prior to entering. All visitors will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure prior to entering our facilities.

HFM recognizes how important it is for families to connect with hospitalized loved ones. We encourage telephone calls to patients who can receive them. For all others, we ask that families designate one person to serve as a spokesperson to communicate with hospital staff and relay information to other family members.
