Transportation Services

Transportation services are available for Froedtert Holy Family Memorial patients to or from Froedtert Holy Family Memorial appointments, same-day surgery; and for discharges to home or long-term care facilities.

Benefits include:

• Personalized door-to-door service
• Convenient and reliable transportation
• Vans are wheelchair accessible and equipped with basic first aid equipment for patient safety

Fares

One way: $20 for the first five miles and $2 for each additional mile.

Round trip: $40 minimum for the first 10 miles or less and $2 for each additional mile.

Services are billed to the rider.
