Sports medicine gives me the chance to be with my patients throughout their care. I want to find safe and efficient ways to get patients back to doing what they love whether that's playing in a football game or watching one with your grandkids. Dr. Bakhtiar grew up in the suburbs of Milwaukee. He attended undergrad at UW-Madison before getting his MS and MD at the New York Medical College. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Morningside-West (Formerly St. Luke's- Roosevelt) one of the oldest and most competitive Emergency Medicine residencies in the country.
